1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 30 niceph website, mobile platform, or any of the services we offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This applies whether you're a registered member or just browsing.

2 Eligibility

30 niceph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may only hold one account on the 30 niceph platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, or payment method — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and valid email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Your username and password are your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You must notify 30 niceph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts registered with disposable or temporary email addresses may be subject to additional verification.
• Account ownership is non-transferable. You cannot sell, give away, or transfer your account to another person.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 30 niceph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform supports the following local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• 30 niceph does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made using accounts or cards not registered under your name will not be accepted and may be returned.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified under your registered account name.
• Standard withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier — Bronze members can expect up to one business day; Diamond members receive instant transfers.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• 30 niceph may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Bonus funds are subject to their own wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal (see Section 5).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

30 niceph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and VIP Club benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses that carry wagering requirements must be played through the specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus will be clearly outlined in the promotion's individual terms.
• Attempting to manipulate bonus conditions — including through low-risk or hedged betting strategies — may result in the bonus being voided and winnings forfeited.
• Weekly cashback credits issued through the 30 niceph VIP Club carry no wagering requirements and can be used or withdrawn freely.
• 30 niceph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 30 niceph are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances specifically provided for in the relevant game rules (e.g., an event cancellation or postponement).
• In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 30 niceph reserves the right to void the affected wagers and refund stakes.
• Odds, lines, and markets are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds applied to that wager.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by game type, market, and VIP tier. These limits are shown at the point of placing a bet.
• Bets placed after the result of an event is known ("past posting") will be voided regardless of when the bet was processed.
• 30 niceph reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 30 niceph platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and collusion – Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, colluding with other players, or using bots and automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering – Using the platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. 30 niceph complies with Philippine AML regulations and is obligated to report suspicious activity.
• Multiple accounts – Opening more than one account to exploit welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Chargeback abuse – Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after deposits have been used for gaming.
• Unauthorised commercial activity – Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling account access or running a proxy betting service.
• Harassment – Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward other players or platform staff through any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

30 niceph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Chargebacks filed against 30 niceph without prior dispute resolution through our support channels.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion (see Section 10).

In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where a closure is not due to misconduct — such as a voluntary self-exclusion — any eligible balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard verification checks.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 30 niceph and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decision to wager, regardless of outcome.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Errors in odds or game results caused by technical malfunction, provided that affected bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind related to your use of the platform.

Nothing in this section limits 30 niceph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

14 Governing Law and Disputes
